1. Administration fee covering referencing, tenancy agreement, and check in – for up to 2 applicants £300 plus VAT
2. Should you require a guarantor- there will be an uplift of £50.00 plus VAT
3. A deposit of £500 is required before referencing will commence, £250.00 of that is non-refundable should your references prove unsatisfactory. The balance, if successful will go towards your deposit.
4. Your deposit will be refunded in full if the property is withdrawn.
5. Other amounts required are
a) one and a half months rent as a deposit ( to be held in GAS)
b) one month’s rent- payable in advance
6. Renewal Fees £75 plus VAT
Example of total funds needed : Rent of £875 pcm – no guarantor
Cost 1 @ £300 plus vat = £360.00
Cost 5a @ 1 1/2 months rent = £1312.50
Cost 5b @ 1 month rent in advance = £875.00
Total required = £2547.50
